And as a former college professor turned health enthusiast, she’s on a mission to share practical, savvy tips for healthier and happier living at every age.

Beyond the camera, Tam is an avid and experienced traveler — even ‘on a whim’ trekking the Himalayas for 17 days with her husband to Mount Everest Base Camp in her 50s! Splitting her time between Missouri, Colorado and NYC, she jets off every chance she gets to Texas or Manhattan to hang with her grown identical twin daughters and adorable grandchildren.
